Triniti had her 1 year check up this week and it was the best one yet! She is 23.5 lbs (85th % for her age) and is 33 inches long which is off the chart for her height! The doctor was so pleased with how she is doing! Matt and I struggled with whether we were going to give her her shots because everytime she got her shots she would have worse seizures. Since she hasn't had a seizure since Sept. we didn't know what to do. We decided to go ahead and give her the shots to see if the seizures where from her shots all along. She had her shots on Monday and still has not had a seizure all week! Praise God!! Triniti sees the TSC specialist next week and we can't wait to tell him how good she is doing!!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad those seizures are staying far away from that little princess. Sometimes making decisions (like giving shots or no shots) as a parent feels like you're shooting a target in the dark. You don't really know for sure if you're aiming in the right direction. We just hope and pray God is steering us.
